We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with a strong background in the mutual fund industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting critical business applications, with a focus on mutual fund-related platforms such as MFund, Wealth Spectrum, or similar.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide L1/L2 application support for mutual fund business applications.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
Act as a liaison between the business users and the development/infra teams.
Resolve issues related to data discrepancies, user access, reporting, etc.
Maintain and support batch jobs, interfaces, and integrations.
Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
Ensure proper incident, problem, and change management processes are followed.
Support UAT and production deployments in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, AMFI, etc.).
Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support.
Prior experience working in the Mutual Fund / Asset Management industry is mandatory.
Strong understanding of mutual fund operations and transaction workflows (Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP, NAV, etc.).
Hands-on experience with applications like MFund, Wealth Spectrum, FinNet, etc., is highly preferred.
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities..
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
