This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level IT/Tech roles in Application/ Infra Domain.
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies including headhunting.
• Manage stakeholder communication and hiring metrics.
• Drive timely closures of open positions.
