REQUIREMENT

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to understand complex problems, and the ability to generate appropriate technical solutions.
• Knowledge of AI and ML technology frameworks and solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of different data security standards (e.g. ISO27K) and regulatory requirements (e.g. PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.)
• Excellent skills in NoSql and Oracle, preferably in a UNIX/Linux environment.
• Knowledge of database modeling and optimization techniques. Must be able to map business requirements to database models/ERD.
• At least 3 years of experience in handling database server security implementation, high-availability solutions, backup & recovery, performance tuning & monitoring, capacity planning, mirroring, and clustering.
• Maintain database development guidelines and standards.
• Knowledge of Reporting/Business Intelligence databases and tools.
• Data visualization, data migration, and data modeling.
• DBMS software, including SQL Server.
• Database and cloud computing design, architectures, and data lakes.
• Working knowledge of Hadoop technologies like Pig, Hive, and MapReduce.
• Applied mathematics and statistics.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Database and working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and IBM Db2.

• Design and document databases to support business applications, ensuring system scalability, security, efficiency, compliance, performance, and reliability.
• Design innovative data services solutions, using SQL & NOSQL, be able to do text analytics, and be capable of doing real-time analysis of big data while complying with all applicable data security and privacy requirements, such as GDP.
• Should be able to lead engagements with OEMs of SQL & NoSQL providers and provide expert knowledge and troubleshooting skills for incident resolution.
