JOB SUMMARY
Simple Logic is hiring a skilled System Windows Administrator to manage and maintain Windows-based systems and servers. The role includes handling system configurations, troubleshooting issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting infrastructure upgrades. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and system monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Approach all tasks with a support-service mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT components.
- Able to troubleshoot hardware issues (compute, storage, network).
- Quickly identify and fix OS issues.
- Knowledge of operating systems, tools, and applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting client/server OS and file systems (NTFS).
- Comfortable using remote tools like RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer.
- Experience with imaging software.
- Good understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP.
- Familiar with Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP.
- Basic knowledge of routers and switches for small businesses.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to create and manage tickets based on customer needs and resolve them over email.
