JOB SUMMARY

Simple Logic is hiring a proactive Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversions. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to meet revenue targets. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in B2B or IT sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generating leads through research, cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the business development team
  • Following up with prospects and maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Understanding client needs and proposing suitable IT solutions/services
  • Updating and maintaining CRM records
  • Coordinating with sales & marketing teams on lead quality
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
