JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities :

  • Team and Project Management
  • Lead and manage infrastructure teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Technical Expertise
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in at least one of the following core infrastructure domains:
  • Database: Oracle 19c RAC, Golden Gate, OEM, etc.
  • Middleware: Oracle WebLogic, OHS.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
  • ITIL Practices and ITSM Framework
  • Apply ITIL best practices to manage incidents, changes, and problem management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and its components.
  • Project Management Tools and Processes
  • Utilize project management tools for tracking progress, reporting, and communication.
  • Follow standardized processes for planning, execution, and closure of projects.
  • Coordination and Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align project objectives with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in at least one core infrastructure domain such as OS, Middleware, Network, or Database, with a preference for Middleware domain expertise
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL framework and its components
  • Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure projects using industry-standard tools and processes
  • Ability to manage and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
