Coordinate and oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
Technical Expertise
Demonstrate hands-on experience in at least one of the following core infrastructure domains:
Database: Oracle 19c RAC, Golden Gate, OEM, etc.
Middleware: Oracle WebLogic, OHS.
Provide technical guidance and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
ITIL Practices and ITSM Framework
Apply ITIL best practices to manage incidents, changes, and problem management processes.
Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and its components.
Project Management Tools and Processes
Utilize project management tools for tracking progress, reporting, and communication.
Follow standardized processes for planning, execution, and closure of projects.
Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align project objectives with business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in at least one core infrastructure domain such as OS, Middleware, Network, or Database, with a preference for Middleware domain expertise
Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL framework and its components
Demonstrated experience in managing infrastructure projects using industry-standard tools and processes
Ability to manage and mentor teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
