JOB SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities :

  • Good understanding for Hunting new logos and farming opportunities in major BFSI players
    & other industry verticals.
  • Engage regularly with CxO and SVP-level stakeholders across all accounts, delivering a
    continuous flow of information about the latest technology trends and their potential
    business/technical benefits.
  • Sign up new assignments within the customer portfolio using relationships with the existing
    stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the different departments such as service delivery , Pre-sales, TA &
    solution department.
  • Meet with customer stakeholders in person at least once every quarter.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience: At least 7+ Years of relevant experience in business development, sales
    within the IT services sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information
    Technology, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., software development,
    cloud computing, Infrastructure services) and technology solutions is preferred.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines,
    and exceed sales targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple
    client interactions and projects simultaneously.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online lead generation tools like
    LinkedIn.
